I've been super busy this week and I'm very excited as I have a stand at both the Picton Creative Traders Market and The Italian Festival in Fairy Meadow this weekend. Looking forward to posting photos of some new cakes I will have for sale (such as my pirate cupcakes), as well as my regular favourites including Rocky Road Mud cakes!
Check back next week for photos.

Leigh-Anne and Brenton's wedding
As the bride and groom were having a formal garden wedding, they wanted a cake that reflected this. The formal structure of the tiers with pillars were used, along with soft lisianthus to achieve this request. The bride and groom also wanted sugar models of themselves and their dog.
Flavour: White chocolate mud with white chocolate ganache and white chocolate tiles. Top tier fruit cake.
Serves: 80 dessert portions/160 coffee portions
Lynette's 50th
The brief for this cake was hawaiian themed, bright, and nothing that screamed the birthday girl turned 50. Sugar frangipanis in pink and yellow adorn each cupcake, which are caramel mud cakes. The bottom tier is chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache, and the top cake has been made to look like a cupcake with chocolate fondant as the wrapper.
Thomas the tank engine cake
I was asked to make this cake after making a Monsters Inc cake for Orlando. The customer wanted a Thomas cake and sent me through a photo of a cake she had seen and liked. With a few minor changes made, this cake was thoroughly enjoyed by all at Henry's party. Chocolate mud with dark chocolate ganache. Serves: 50 dessert portions/100 coffee portions
Testimonial:
"Hi Cherrie,
I just wanted to say thank so much for the great cake. Everyone said that the cake tasted fantastic and the decorating was great. My boys loved the Thomas theme. I will be using you again. I also referred your name.
Thanks again,
Rita"
Evie's Christening Cake
This cake was requested by a friend of previous clients, Rebecca and Matthew. The customer requested a pretty girls cake in pink and white, two tiers with baby blocks.
Flavour: Chocolate Mud and Caramel Mud with Dark Chocolate Ganache
Serves: 50 dessert portions/90 coffee portions
